Is about not letting great work or efforts go unnoticed. We value positive energy, and the many ways gratitude and thanks can be expressed (Teams messages, thank you cards, emails, high-fives, etc.) It’s about going the extra mile for each other and our customers, being enthusiastic, and choosing to have a can-do attitude. #SuperHighFives is our shorthand for giving recognition and celebrating success of both individuals and teams.

We love learners, learning and the attitude that asks, “what if?” and “why not?” Curiosity opens doors to new ideas, challenging us to refine and re-think how we do things. Being curious inspires us to be innovative and actively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement. Curiosity is what allows us to move beyond the challenges of today, towards the solutions of tomorrow.

We want our people to step up and make it happen, working as a team to act. We work effectively together to empower and challenge each other to be their best. This means jumping in to take the lead, or to help others succeed. We make it safe to try and okay to fail because no one ever learned by being right all the time. If we do fail, we fail quickly and we keep moving forward.

Ownership Thinking

Means more than simply thinking “If I owned the company, what is the right thing to do?” It also means “I own my obligations and commitments and I keep my promises”. We hold ourselves and one another accountable to the commitments we make. It’s about solving problems, things that aren’t in anyone’s “job description”. Don’t wait for someone ELSE to fix things or take care of problems. We are all stewards of our business, customers, and people.
